The service was absolutely awful. Not only was I cut off after trying to order, I was forced to wait on them at the drive through speaker. When I pulled up to the window to pay, the women working was very rude and dismissive towards me. She then roughly handed my food to me. She immediately walked off after, which caused me to have to wait there until she came back cause I needed hot sauce. She also roughly handed that to me as well..... after getting home I soon realized my order WAS NOT correct at all (I didn't get my taco I ordered). On top of that there was cheese sauce everywhere in the bag. I've been going to this Taco Bell for around the past year pretty frequently also, but the service I received was AWFUL. I will never go to this Taco Bell again.
Well to start this out the place was disgusting, not one table was clean, the floor was terrible. Plus what kind of taco bell runs out of beef, so i waited and when i got my order and got home not run part of my order was correct, i mean how f''''''''''ng hard is it to put just meat and cheese on a damn taco. On top of that they wont even get off the phone to take orders. Terrible service from the dumbest people ive ever seen. Its people like the ones that work there that give arkansans a bad name
Worst service of any taco bell I have ever visited. The food was incorrect, and what we received was cold and dumped out of the wrappers into the bag. When I returned to the store, the manager on duty said "So? And what do you want?" All the while, employees in the back were howling and dropping the F bomb. The owner needs to clean house, fire everyone and start over. And this time be more selective in who you hire.
Taco Bell, sure has stepped up their service game. The service is wonderful and a joy to watch. If your in need for some good family atmosphere, come on down to brookland taco Bell you be welcome from the moment you step in.
The store is always a mess, as in food in the floor, no clean tables and nothing stocked. I've been in there and through the drive thru and had to wait 10 to 15 mins, just to be treated really rude and my order is NEVER correct. Wouldn't recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. I'll take my business all the way to Jonesboro. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!
